Due to it being a certain time of year, our Assembly Topic is centering on the World Cup! The children wanted to know more about how different people live around the world so we will focus on the countries taking part in the World Cup.
We will also be focusing on fairness, team work, the importance of winning and losing and being resilient.
We are thrilled to tell you that Miss Hayes is getting married during the Easter holidays. She will return as Mrs Winkle and we wish her and her husband all the best.
Thank your for your generosity. We raised a total amount of £2725.79. As you know the children asked that the School’s share (£1424.87) go to the Haiti Appeal.
Well done to 2R for having the best attendance record for Febuary with a fantastic 98.9%. Watch out for the March attendance percentage after the Easter break.

Once again we are collecting vouchers for school. Along with the Tesco’s and Sansbury’s vouchers we also collect the Box Tops from the Kellogs cereal packets. We would like yo thank your for your help in collecting these vouchers as it has made a real difference to our school.
Please may we remind parents whose children ride scooters to school that we ask them not to ride them once they enter the school grounds. Thank you for your co-operation on this matter.
